The superior court eventually determined disclosure was appropriate under the Public Records Act or the Act), and Doe II (Jane Doe), who initially requested the disclosure, moved for monetary penalties and attorney fees from the state patrol. The superior court denied most of the requested fees and penalties, and Jane Doe now appeals. We reverse and remand for award of additional attorney fees.
